@CollegePodiatry You are recommending FFP2 or 3. This is increasing the stress to all practitioners to get supplies that are not available or extremely expensive. Do you have a plan to help us to get bulk orders?
@PhysioLondon@Rushcliff Again no clear update from @Rushcliff , you are putting us in the worst condition mostly because your poor communication skills
@PMneurophysio@englishosteo @podipaul @footcarecentre@Reena58327112@Rushcliff We are (were) on a server that has a mane not a number, so honesty PPS might have many servers. So if they fix one server every 72 hours... we could be in the same situation in months. @Rushcliff likes to communicate with their clients so we should receive an email shortly ;)
@PhysiofitUK @JillianPhysio @Rushcliff @TM3pm Failures after failures. Meeting them next week at college of podiatry conference, I'm not sure after all theses years of working with pps, I can trust them at all levels.
@Rushcliff Thank you @Rushcliff losing money by the minute for the last 48 hours. Despite all our attempts to call for your attention, you're still ignoring us!
@Rushcliff If you actually checked your twitter responses and acknowledged them you would see that none of your customers are understanding or patient. You will lose a lot of business over this. It is completely unacceptable
@Rushcliff Unacceptable! We all understand that you can have technical issues, but you should have a mirror system as a backup solution. Today because of this, our clinics are losing patients and unable to deliver the service that our patients are expecting. Lessons must be learnt!
