@SpotterIntel The reason is they knew from
bogota the radar was having issues but still flew and rerouted us to Savanna with no make up plans. They had us in the airplane for 2 hours. They gaslighted us about waiting on a pilot until 9pm in Savannah. Everyone lost flight connections

@Delta I was in the Bogota flight DL980. You guys scheduled me on a flight for 7:25 am to Nashville. That flight was a made up flight and then you guys proceeded to bump me off without any other arrangement. People have commitments you know? Refund our money for the crap service.

We were rerouted to Savannah, GA due to a mechanical issue on Flight 980 from Colombia and are now arriving more than 7 hours late. The meal vouchers provided are only for $12 and cannot be used unless the total purchase is $12 or less, which makes them difficult to actually use at the airport. Can someone please assist with a reasonable accommodation for delayed passengers? @Delta

@Delta flight 980 to Atlanta. What was the real issue with the airplane? There’s no transparency. We are still stuck in Savannah, Georgia. People have plans and commitments. Horrible experience with Delta.
