@NianticHelp I have a raid issue. After defeating the boss the game froze on the reward screen and didn't allow me to get to the encounter. Had to restart the game but by then the raid had ended so I didn't get the Pokemon after waiting for three hours for an invite.

@ML_Ayuda Hole. Tengo un problema con el login de mi cuenta. El correo que usaba no funciona y cuando seguí los pasos para cambiar a otro correo desde la app no se completa el proceso. Ya envié mis datos pero van 48 horas y aún no tengo acceso.

@BordoniAndres @PokemonGoApp 3 star raids need 8, but we're expecting Mewtwo to need more. However the early estimations say you only need eight players without gems or five with two gems each and enough level 35+ dark types. Just beat 8 balloons and you get enough shards either way.

@katthair @PokemonGoApp Did you contact other players in advance or you went blind without knowing when the locals planned to raid? People need to gather to raid so each community has times and days where they meet. Goin without contacting them is a guaranteed fail.

@indeterminacy11 @PokemonGoApp Shadow raids are not remote available. You either need ti gather the local players all at once on the same raid, or travel that day to somewhere where more people are gathering.

Check the Campfire map for flares or groups and organize with them in advance.

@CamoDoll1214 @PokemonGoApp No. Giovanni is a separate encounter. Regular shadow raids don't count for "Defeat x Rocket Grunts" so Mewtwo doesn't count as Giovanni either.

To beat Giovanni you need fast moves, not strong ones. Rockets pause after charged attacks. Use that at your advantage and stun them.

@Its_Just_Nin @PokemonGoApp If nobody submit stops then none will become gyms. Players are the ones that create new stops.

@alexblondell18 @PokemonGoApp Don't need poffins. You get the bonus simply by playing, feeding and battling two or more different types of battles every half hour. There's team leader training, gyms, rocket and PvP. Free unlimited poffin effect.

Also adventure sync gets fixed if you reset all permissions.

@marinaferrari_ @NianticHelp It already works. You only need to reset your phone permissions. Tracking, GPS, Body Sensors and Location need to be turned off and on again and it will track the distance properly until you uninstall. Uninstalling removes the permissions of all apps, not just this game.
