My key point was that the WB needs to be fully integrated in the 🇪🇺 immediately if Brussels is serious about Geopolitical Europe.

Global Crossroads: the CEE, the Balkans and the Caucasus in the New World Order roundtable discussion on the second day of the BGD 2025 forum was held in a balanced consensus.

The participants identified the accession of the Balkan region to the European Union as the most important issue. Ambassador Ivica Bocevski also expressed a strong opinion: after Croatia, the other countries should have been admitted to the EU immediately, but the EU lacks the will and the decision.

The Balkan region includes bridge states, linking geopolitical civilisations and mentalities that have much to contribute to the European Union community.
