@emirates Really disappointed with my recent experience flying Emirates.

I had requested wheelchair assistance for mum due to a knee condition. While she received support earlier in the trip, at Dubai Airport (Terminal 3) she was made to walk long distances.

She was made to walk long distances despite informing staff multiple times. I was told a wheelchair would be arranged, but it never came.

I raised this with Emirates, but their response claims no request was made—despite my request at check-in and again during transit.

@EmiratesSupport Getting a wheelchair should be considered irrespective of economy or first class.

@emirates Hi. My mother travelled with Emirates from Mumbai to London and was not given a wheelchair at Dubai airport. She was given a wheelchair in Mumbai and it's a continuous journey. She did not have a self transfer in Dubai.

@UIDAI what are the charges to get adhar card printed from uidai agent? An agent charged me 75 rupees for mobile number update and 100 rupees for printing. Are these charges correct?

Called straight away to fix this but told will need to pay to move to original window seat. Poor support for families travelling with infants. Customer service not helpful at all. Please assist urgently.

@GulfAir Travelling from LHR to BAH with an infant (5 passengers total) and extremely disappointed with Gulf Air.

Called to request bassinet but they moved our other kid's window (A) seat - splitting our family. I clearly asked to move the aisle (D) seat, not the window.

Very bad special assistance service at BLR airport @IndiGo6E. No wheelchair offered to disabled passengers and also asked to carry their own luggage. @BLRAirport please can you improve on the way passengers are treated on the airport.
