I plead with the Kenyan US Diaspora who are hosting Rigathi Gachagua to enlighten me.

Mr. @rigathi worked with dictator Moi for 20 years. He worked with tyrant Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto for a total of 15 years. That’s a total of 35 years in the inner sanctum of power, including at @StateHouseKenya and Parliament.

And for all those 35 long years, @rigathi never uttered one word which was pro-Kenyan diaspora.

@rigathi never visited the diaspora. He never influenced public policy, legislation or even executive orders which were pro-diaspora.

He never even acknowledged the benefits the Kenyan diaspora added to the local economy.

Suddenly, because he is in the political wilderness for the first time in his adult life, @rigathi has DISCOVERED the Diaspora and how important they are.

Now, he promises then nominations to the senate and county assemblies. Not to be equal partners in the management of the country’s affairs.

But you still see villagers working 2-3 jobs cheering, clapping and sponsoring his ethnic jingoistic agenda.

Mr. @rigathi is as deceptive as Moi was and Uhuru Kenyatta, Ruto and Raila are.

Those who swallow his poison should explain to us why we should believe anything Rigathi is selling after 35 years of being a central cog in Moi’s, Uhuru Kenyatta’s and Ruto’s tribalistic, plundering and brutal regimes.
