The numbers are difficult to ignore. They reveal a digital ecosystem where women with disabilities are still too often excluded from the protections many others take for granted.

Across Nigeria, organisations like Center for Citizens with Disabilities , @inclusivefrnds , @CedarSeedFound, National Councils for Persons with Disabilities and many more have spent years working to close inclusion gaps. They have pushed for accessible education, influenced policy, championed disability rights, expanded access to justice, and advocated for environments where persons with disabilities can participate fully in community life.

As we prepare for the Toxic Tech Report Launch, we’ll be asking difficult but necessary questions:

• Who is responsible for making the internet safer for women with disabilities?
• What would truly accessible online safety look like?
• And how do we build digital systems where no one is left behind?

What questions about digital safety, disability inclusion, or platform accountability do you think deserve urgent answers? We’d love to hear them ahead of the dialogue.
