Russian scientist Vladimir Torchigin contends the phenomenon isn't lightning but a BUBBLE OF LIGHT that becomes trapped inside a 'sphere of air.' Particles can be absorbed and emit electromagnetic radiation during a storm. He theorised that this LIGHT in a pressurised sphere was a 'billion times' more potent than light moving in a straight line...
Another explanation it's claimed is that these spheres of FIERY LIGHT are formed from the 'electrical charge' a LIGHTNING STRIKE generates. SILICON in the soil combines with CARBON and OXYGEN. The oxygen and carbon form SILICON VAPOUR that cools and creates a cloud of 'fine dust'. Could this be PLASMA DUST? What do you know of it?...
