President Biden is trying to force radical gender ideology into our Constitution on his way out the door.

This is as delusional as it is illegal. Just saying something doesn’t make it so. The deadline to ratify the radical Equal Rights Amendment came and went in 1979.

Since then, the federal courts (in 1981 and in 2021) and the National Archives (last month) confirmed it cannot be certified as part of the Constitution.

So, no, the ERA is most certainly NOT the law of the land and nothing Biden says can change it.
