Our strength & conditioning program will begin June 3rd.
It will be offered every MWF from 6-7:30 (heat 1) and 8-9:30 (heat 2).
Athletes should attend one of the 2 heats and cannot show up in the middle of a heat as we will start on the track for warm-ups and agilities.
We are changing heats to 90 minutes to allow more time to complete the workout and help with crowding. We understand camps begin at 9 a.m. If you attend the 8 a.m. heat, you should be able to complete your workout before your camp begins.
