So it’s been 17 days & @Roblox still hasn’t accepted my appeal on a false ai system flag for “extremism and terrorism” on something i have no clue about.

1. Never wore anything offensive
2. Never uploaded ugc
3. Never uploaded any decal thats offensive

All i get is this..

@tiffikan @Roblox They always send automated replies (our team is handling it) when you make an appeal. Then say they are redirecting you to help and never do.

Yeah sure you are.

That appeal is never gonna get accepted.

@TokyoPeaxh Roblox’s Auto Moderation AI is out of control (they gave me a violation too for no reason) & literally no one is responding to appeals they just send automated messages saying they’ll help you but never do. There is no hope.

@matthew_indigo Practically no one is working on the appeal team anymore and it’s handled by automated ai responses plus roblox doesn’t care so we’re out of luck.

@tiffikan @Roblox They aren’t going to help you unless you’re in contact with devrel. They usually just send automated replies now.

@tiffikan @Roblox Roblox doesn’t respond to appeals anymore unless they did the first day of the appeal. It’s just a one off response “we’re looking into it” and when you ask them again they send the exact thing. It’s all handled by AI now and you will only get it accepted if you’re in connects.

If your name doesn’t grab their attention your appeal will collect dust. I’ve already sent appeals after appeals for a false violation they gave me and they do the same run around and tell me “it’s being taken care of” when it’s clearly not.

They are getting paid for no work.
