@yunaguts19 I do have loose skin! But I'm also only 20. If you maintain a relatively low weight for a while and focus on eating protein, slowly the skin will tighten
@ollaparva when I was younger I could do sub 1000kcals easily. Now I just can't. I got shit to do. Even now eating 1100-1300kcals, I feel like shit. But at least I can walk 16K steps a day and haven't fainted yet
Big on refusing to purge again. As a fellow former bulimic, telling myself purging was no longer an option (because I have heart issues now) has stopped me from eating enough food to trigger me to purge.

♡ as a recovered bulimic, trying not to purge was the hardest challenge for me
♡ purging adds water retention in your face and body, and overall health
♡ purging affected my health tremendously and not doing it kinda helped me stay locked in
This isn't a miracle cure, this isjust what has worked for me. Sometimes binges just happen. At the very least, this will make them far less frequent.
