Youth and Employment are not only fundamental pillars but the driving force behind our vision for building a prosperous India, showcasing our unwavering dedication to providing the younger generation with abundant opportunities and necessary support. The @INCIndia groundbreaking initiative, "Yuva Nyay," is a testament to our core mission of tackling critical issues and instigating substantial changes that are bound to bring about a positive transformation in the lives of our youth. Central to our strategy is the pioneering Bharti Bharosa program, which aspires to fill 30 lakh government job vacancies and pave the way for numerous employment prospects. Moreover, the innovative introduction of the Right to Apprenticeship under the Pehli Naukri Pakki scheme, offering a yearly stipend of Rs. 1 lakh, is set to equip educated youngsters with essential skills and training opportunities, thereby boosting their employability.

Additionally, our commitment to transparency and justice is highlighted through proposed legislation aimed at completely eradicating Paper Leaks, facilitating the establishment of fast-track courts to address such issues promptly, and ensuring adequate compensations for victims under the Paper Leak Se Mukti initiative. Prioritizing the well-being of essential workers like cab drivers and delivery personnel, we are steadfast in ensuring improved working conditions and social security benefits through the Social Security to Gig Workers program. Furthermore, our emphasis on fostering entrepreneurship from the grassroots level is exemplified by the allocation of Rs. 5000 Cr Startup Funds, with Rs. 10 Cr earmarked for each district under the Yuva Roshni project, emphasizing our commitment to nurturing innovation and enterprise.

In addition to these impactful steps, the Congress Nyay Patra lays out a comprehensive array of guarantees aimed at enhancing various facets of society. By abolishing the Agnipath Scheme and reinstating regular recruitment in the Armed Forces to reach full sanctioned strength, we underscore our dedication to bolstering national security. Proposing the complete write-off of all education loans, including accrued interests as of 15 March 2024, as a one-time relief measure reflects our resolve to ease the financial burden on students. Furthermore, the provision of sports scholarships valued at ₹10,000 per month for exceptionally talented individuals under 21 years old and the elimination of application fees for government exams underscore our commitment to empowering and championing the youth in diverse sectors and endeavors.
