A mentor of mine shared one year ago a quote by Goldie Hawn—

"The lotus is the most beautiful flower, whose petals open one by one. But it will only grow in the mud.

In order to grow and gain wisdom, first you must have the mud - the obstacles of life and its suffering.

On Episode 8, we have the amazing @gaisebaba. We talked music, the Gaise Baba brand, Gaise’s work as a culture architect especially through @lightoutmovement, the #EndSARS protests & what next for Nigeria. This was such an interesting & intelligent conversation. Drops shortly.

This the third day since the brutal and unwarranted massacre by the Nigerian Government, our hearts bleed deeply💔 and this government has indeed left its footprint in the sand of time (history will never forget these days).

[Ada_Izuu @IzuuAda]

since the Nigerian government has failed and to do so. Please, in our streets and close community, let us discourage the looting and raiding of individuals’ shops and warehouses🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

@segalink It's never easy conveying a message to a large crowd because people interpret things differently. The question is was this protest hijacked (partially or not)? The answer is YES!

Sir, @segalink we stand with you, we know you stand with #EndSARS and we still BELIEVE in you 💪🏿💪🏿

Our protesters stood up for everything we’ve all been fighting for. Defiance of laws has always been part of our DNA. Even our current crop of leaders in public service, religious and private sectors walked the streets in protest along this right of passage. #EndSARS
