For all Muslims, When you're in a situation that feels like you're stuck somewhere, overwhelmed with emotions, and having anxiety, recite Surah Duha and surah Ash- sharh together until you feel better. It is the medicine of anxiety‚ depression and sadnes

Pernah tengok tak apps Quran yang buat sistem macam game? Setiap surah dipecahkan ayat demi ayat. Ada meter untuk trace berapa banyak dah baca, berapa lagi nak habis juzuk etc. Saya dah guna 2 minggu. Apps ni tricked our mind to read a lot. 💯 recommended.

[Ustaz Wadi Annuar @ustazwadiannuar]

Semoga amalan kita diterima Allah ﷻ insya-Allah.
