Someone proposed that before a Muslim man can remarry after his divorce, said divorcee must prove to the state religious authority that he has fulfilled his nafkah responsibilities to his existing children from his previous marriage, and is financially able to do so.

I think that's just and fair with compassion for the existing children.

I still don't understand why unmarried woman pursue irresponsible and dishonorable married men.

If he doesn't even treat the mother of his children well, what makes you think you're any different?
