On 19 December 2025, KLP48 released an official statement and issued a strict warning regarding their six active members: Yi Shyan, Amanda, Ann Drea, Hillary, Khalies and Salwa. At the time, the public was not informed of the specific issue.

On the same day, a burner account (@sl2kg) sharing a leaked material of a group chat involving those six members mentioned in the official statement. The leaked material also included Japanese translations, indicating a specific target audience.

The leaked group chat shows members personal chat with each other. The group chat did not include Japanese members and, based on the screenshot, used the name "not the colonizers" a term that may be perceived as exclusionary.

The account also attached follow-up screenshots allegedly posted by someone named Xavi, explaining members' alleged frustration shared in the group chat. As of now, it is unclear whether these claims are true.

On 20 December 2025, another leak surfaced from a different burner account (@kaite_mary112) which attempted to expose alleged management incompetence within KLP48.

The leak allegedly originated from a fan named Haru, who is after some research appears to be the same individual as Xavi from the first leak.

This second leak described alleged mistreatment of KLP48 members and preferential treatment toward Japanese members, which was suggested to be a source of frustration referenced in the first leak.

From this second leak, it was also claimed that both leaks, including the first one, allegedly stemmed from conversations between Lucine, a former KLP48 member (an insider), and Haru (an outsider) during Lucine's active tenure

The leak also included screenshots of chats allegedly involving Lucine

Most of the leaked material consisted of Haru's conversations with the leaker making it impossible to verify their authenticity without an official investigation by @KLP48official management on this matter

On 25 December 2025, Haru/Xavi (@haruuuuwo) posted a thread addressing the two previous leaks, stating that both were based on his private conversations with another individual.

According to Haru, those conversations were with Jazmine (@hiierina), He alleged that Jazmine was the party who leaked the conversations.

Haru also claimed that Jazmine had leaked their personal conversations to KLP48 management.

Based on the information currently available, the alleged root of this issue is that Lucine may have shared sensitive material that exposed her co-workers.

Additionally, assuming Haru/Xavi's claims are accurate, the private conversations were allegedly leaked by Jazmine.

If those claims are true, Haru/Xavi may have obtained the information either directly from Lucine or through second-hand transmission, as suggested by Jazmine.
