I can honestly say my shift yesterday was one of the worst in my NHS life. A parent telling me how they are being failed and their child might die. I couldn’t say anything because I agreed as the system is beyond broken #EnoughlsEnough

@Colonelblighty @Robster65 Eeek. It’s hard because while I fully believe in the NHS and have been proud working in it - the system is fully broken. And I will likely be another member of staff that leaves for my own well-being.

Today I had a parent of a patient tell me ‘you are all working so hard and we are so grateful. You deserve to be paid better’ It almost made me cry because all we get day in and day out usually is the opposite and a lot of abuse #nhslife #enoughisenough
