My girls @charlottejtorg and @IzzyTorg and I have the goal of working out 6 days a week. It became a joke that every time we worked out, Izz would be sure to announce to Charlotte and I, "#summergrind."

Since school starts tomorrow for both the local high school and where I teach at App State, this was the last #summergrind of 2023. May there be many more!
