'Content creators' who leave the UK claiming London is 'unsafe' while calling Dubai a crime-free utopia only see their privilege and wealth, never the stark reality...
Dubai isn’t some progressive paradise. It’s a place where women can be jailed for reporting rape, punished for pregnancy outside marriage, and trapped in abusive marriages with no legal recourse.
These 'creators' aren’t fleeing for safety, they’re fleeing tax bills. They build their wealth in the UK, then take it elsewhere to avoid contributing to the society that enabled their success. There’s nothing progressive about hoarding wealth while refusing to give back, especially when the 'utopia' they run to is built on exploited foreign labour with no rights.
I realise I’m a bore on this subject but this channel holds a UK broadcast licence and is thus legally obliged to observe “due accuracy” and “due impartiality”. It obviously doesn’t and can’t, as it’s a crude rightwing propaganda outlet. So @Ofcom really must rescind its licence.
These men were facing one of the worst sex trafficking cases in Romania which involved minors. They are self-confessed human traffickers who also have a pending case in the UK. Trump just pressured a government to release men who trafficked women and children. This is a dark day.
Nigel Farage taking a break from pretending to care about violence towards women & girls to celebrate a man found libel for rape, amongst other men found libel for rape.
This is what we mean when we say these men only ever care about women’s safety when it serves themselves.
@TheMilkBarTV Even if we ignore the awful things they say, I don’t understand how they got popular with those monstrosities of an accent😂 I though Andrew’s was bad but Tristan’s is even worse😂😂
Morrisons paid zero corporation tax in 2023. Owned by a private US equity firm.
And now they are supporting tax avoidance in the UK.
Boycott Morrisons.
@whoisnashiii I used to have this and it would put me in the worse mood. Trying to do maths when you’re half awake feels literally impossible. Do not recommend it 😂
The privately educated, Barbour coat-wearing, millionaire trader and fox hunting fan is here to tell us how anti-establishment he is. A society dumb enough to believe this guy deserves him.
Wow! Must watch car crash interview with Nadine Dorries
Nadine Dorries, "I'm a victim of child sexual abuse as well, through the Church of England"
Victoria Derbyshire, "When did you realise you wanted another inquiry?"
ND, "When the call came for one"
VD, "From Elon Musk?"
ND, "I wasn't aware the problem was as widespread as it was... The inquiry was more further reaching than the grooming gangs.. A national inquiry on the grooming gangs and the people who knew"
VD, "So why didn't the Conservatives do that?"
ND, "That's a good question"
VD, "You were in government"
ND, "No, I was Culture Secretary, this didn't go anywhere near my desk"
VD, "You were sat around the cabinet table"
ND, "The entire time I was in cabinet this was never discussed"
VD, "Why?"
ND, "I.. I.."
VD, "Because there are a number of Conservatives who were in government who are calling for it now"
ND, "I can't answer the question.. A good person who can answer the question would be Suella Braverman and Priti Patel"
VD, "There's no record of you speaking in the parliamentary chamber about any of the local inquiries or ever calling for a national inquiry"
ND, "You don't have to stand up in the chamber and speak about something to support something.. I attended meetings in committee rooms"
VD, "Tomorrow the Conservatives are calling for another inquiry.. That's despite the Conservatives setting up that 7 year £200 million independent inquiry on child sexual abuse.. And then the Conservative government didn't implement any of the 20 recommendations.. Isn't calling for another one the very definition of political opportunism?"
ND, "Frequently inquiries take place and none of the recommendations are implemented"
VD, "The same people who didn't implement those recommendations calling for another inquiry, isn't that the definition of political opportunism?"
ND, "Its a definition of what we need to do to fix how government deals with inquiries"
VD, "You had 14 years to do that"
ND, "Dealing with recommendations made from people outside of Westminster, the people who put them in place are civil servants"
VD, "So it's the civil servants fault?"
ND, "No, what I'm saying your dealing with something outside of the normal processes so maybe it can't be delivered by government"
VD, "Well the Conservatives didn't deliver any of the 20 recommendations"
Narrator: Nadine Dorries blames the process for why the Conservatives didn't deliver, while Labour use the process to start delivering, make it make sense
Billionaires should not own social media platforms.
Billionaires should not run our newspapers.
Billionaires should not control our politics.
A free media is a democratic media - a public good that is owned and run by us all.
Elon Musk is such a waste of his money, if I was as rich as him I’d just do cool shit like jet skiing and eating Nando’s every day instead of sitting on Twitter replying to myself off an alt account telling myself how good of a father I am
Funny how all the men outraged about grooming gangs are silent about Dominique Pelicot, Conor McGregor, Donald Trump, Harvey Weinstein, Prince Andrew or Johnny Depp. Almost as if they’re just co-opting the rape and abuse of women to be racist isn’t it?
Yeah, it’s exactly that.
