@Theholisticpsyc Ouch. The outcomes resonate with me a lot, but the causes less so. I think mine was less about fear of wrath and harsh consequences, but of shame and disappointing my parents. ie No threat of physical harm, but a fear of abandonment maybe. Which is still harsh I guess! Thanks🙏🏻🧡
