This is a good looking share structure. The company has also signed hundreds of millions of dollars worth of contracts recently. A million dollars worth of share buybacks expected to start in October. Do your own DD. Follow @SuntexCorp. https://t.co/6bdC9HfAeP

Shareholders should expect commitment, accountability and a clear direction from me. You deserve to know what we’re building, why our decisions matter and how we intend to move forward.
We’re six or seven months into laying Suntex’s foundation. I hear the support, the questions and the frustration. The stock price matters to you, and it matters to me. My job right now, is to strengthen the business behind it. That is just where we’re at in the process. Legitimate business with legitimate future.
That means executing on the work we’ve secured, managing our resources responsibly and expanding at a pace we can support. Every decision requires us to weigh the needs of our businesses alongside the interests of our shareholders.
I’m a builder. My approach is unconventional we all know that by now, but my commitment is straightforward: put in the work, take responsibility for the decisions and bring in the right people as the company grows.
I appreciate everyone alongside us, including those who challenge me respectfully. You deserve clear communication and follow-through. I intend to deliver both.
We have serious work ahead. I’m here for it. Let’s build something worth owning. $SNTX
Suntex Enterprises Announces Return of 50 Million Shares to Treasury
Suntex Enterprises, Inc. (OTC: $SNTX) announces the return of 50 million common shares to treasury. Following the recently announced issuance of 30 million shares, these actions result in a net decrease of 20 million shares outstanding.
The updated share count is expected to be reflected tomorrow or Thursday.
These actions form part of Suntex’s broader capital strategy, supporting the Company’s construction and real estate expansion while managing its share structure.
Suntex Enterprises is advancing plans to expand its Texas residential development portfolio, building on its existing land holdings and the construction capabilities of its subsidiaries.
The Company has issued 30 million additional shares in connection with its plans to acquire additional residential parcels. This approach is intended to preserve operating capital for active, recently awarded and upcoming contracts while supporting new company-owned developments.
Suntex’s objective is to develop, build and sell residential properties, expanding its earnings opportunities alongside its contracted construction business.
The Company remains focused on disciplined capital allocation, selective acquisitions and profitable execution to support long-term shareholder value.

I don’t “like” $SNTX.
I BET on it.
While half of OTC is still selling smoke, Javier Leal is stacking dirt, steel, and contracts.
This is why I’m in:
🔥 He didn’t rent the CEO chair. He dropped JA Development — the company he built with his own hands — into $SNTX, then bought hundreds of thousands of shares in the OPEN MARKET with his own cash.
🔥 Vertical empire, not a press-release company:
Land → 100 acres in South Texas + majority ownership of Royal Links (~$250M) inside a ~$575M Alberta platform and a $1 BILLION+ North American pipeline
Build → JA Development on real jobs
Wire → Deep South Electrical just stacked an $888K Palmview award AND a $1M McAllen multifamily contract THIS WEEK
🔥 LOIs are dying. Definitive agreements are living. Crews are on site. Audit and OTCQB groundwork are moving while other tickers are still writing “we’re exploring opportunities.”
Most OTC CEOs talk.
Leal buys stock, awards contracts, and owns the dirt.
That’s not a ticker.
That’s a builder with skin in the game.
I’m not watching $SNTX.
I’m IN it.
Do some real DD and you will see why!

Suntex Enterprises Announces $888,000 Electrical Contract Award

Growing our operating companies is central to Suntex’s strategy. Our construction businesses pursue contracts serving outside developers while we advance our own real estate projects, creating multiple avenues for growth across the Company.
Our focus is on building contracted backlog, executing profitably and expanding the capacity of our subsidiaries to take on more work.

Suntex Enterprises is proud to announce it is finalizing the $5m sale of @GoFastOfficial and @SnaptBeverages to The Alkaline Water Company ($WTER), an established beverage company.
The transaction advances Suntex’s strategic focus on real estate development, construction and infrastructure. The Company will allocate $1 million of the sale proceeds to its share repurchase program to begin in October 2026 or sooner.
An official press release detailing the transaction will be issued tomorrow. $SNTX
I know what our companies are capable of. I’m working to put them in front of larger opportunities, including potential participation in LNG and SpaceX Starbase expansion projects. $SNTX
Suntex Enterprises is building a business that participates in more than one stage of a project and more than one source of revenue.
Our Canadian development pipeline includes Royal Links and Meridian in Leduc, Alberta. In the U.S., our subsidiaries bring together land ownership, real estate development, general construction and electrical contracting.
For shareholders, the opportunity is in how these businesses work together: contracted work generates operating revenue, while ownership and development provide the opportunity to build longer-term asset value.
With in-house construction and electrical capabilities, Suntex is positioned to retain more of the work within the company while serving outside clients.
Our focus: execute projects, grow the asset base and turn that growth into shareholder value.

Plenty of good information was provided to the $SNTX shareholders. The CEO said where he intends to take the company in the future. One thing that stood out to me was that he is personally funding some of the Canadian expansion. When the CEO is betting on himself, that tells me that he is confident. Listen to the Spaces for yourself.

Last night’s $SNTX Spaces wasn’t fluff.
First time shareholders heard the Alberta deals from the guy actually building them — Regan Ostermayer, 30 years in Edmonton land and multifamily.
Royal Links (definitive already signed): • ~$154M in lot sales • $80–90M construction • ~$26M profit • ~200 townhomes built and HELD • Close window: Dec 1–15
Meridian: • ~$164M lot sales • ~$42M profit • ~400 townhomes held • Land sitting ~$103k/acre → ~$310k after NSP approval • That’s a $31–33M paper lift in year one !!
Before a shovel hits dirt ,
combined profit on the first two: $60–70M.
Wholly owned Canadian subsidiary. Revenue consolidates up to $SNTX.
Javier:
• Beverage sale nearly decided (then this is a pure construction/dev company)
• 3 NY institutions already in the room • More Alberta projects behind these two
• US travel-center arm in OK/TX/MO
• Next announcement saved for next week
This is the first time the $1B+ pipeline had a voice, a timeline, and real unit economics on the record.
The work is real. The partner is real. The next few months put it on the books.
All the while business is booming in Texas as always!
