I'm starting to think Anthropic models are basically the same base model with an increased three-of-thought budget

Serving those models is either cash flow negative or the infra capacity is reached really early in the release cycle, sometimes within hours

If that is the case, the bitter lesson still holds and the end game is an infrastructure game and the lab with the most chips stays ahead
