This is likely an ai comment but to answer, I keep workspace state mostly append-only where possible, then use explicit ownership and merge points for shared files. If two agents touch the same state, then the orchestrator reconciles before it becomes canonical. I keep a tight hierarchy

Even though Claude is a great orchestrator I am still running into limits.

How am I getting 3x more usage for more complex tasks out of codex than claude?

Codex has been performing very well with both frontend and backend coding tasks lately.

Claude hasn’t been coding as much for me lately BUT I’m finding Claude is an excellent orchestrator.
