@AmazonHelp Should Amazon Prime member pay to return a faulty item? Ideally I’d prefer a replacement but it isn’t offered. Apparently you only pay postage refund up to £4.50 & it gonna cost me more than that to send the bloomin thing back. ☹️ I’m quite upset. @amazon
