Day 200 of taking medication, and I visited my doctor for a review on my progress. She's very happy with how far I've come since last year.
I feel a lot better too and not as crazy as I did this time last year.
I'm gonna keep pushing forward through 2026 to be even better!

I've also got a load of support behind the scenes to handle my emotions and getting stuff out of my system. I'm now renting my own place and helping my family. I've grown a lot these past few months. Let's keep improving for 2 more months before my next doctor's appointment!

It's been around 4 weeks since then and I've seen my doctor again. She is so happy with my progress. My emotional instability, depression, and anxiety have been helped massively thanks to the meds. I've come so far since my fall in May.

My doctor is very proud of my progress. 😭
I've been on medication for more than 2 weeks now. I've been feeling a lot calmer and like my demons are less powerful. I'm drowsier, yes, but I'll take it. I'm less manic and wild. And this is before the tablets majorly kick in!!

I still have my lows and I still have moments where I feel like giving up entirely, but it's less often and I feel that despair for less time. I'm also not chasing highs anymore. I'm just content with being happy, not chasing impossibilities. I'm actually getting better!
