@GNRailUK @networkrail Yes, it wouldn’t read. Staff said I had to activate it as it’s expired but I’ve loaded the Flexi ticket onto it and have 4 tickets left. None of the card readers would read it that your staff had. Very frustrating. Also you only have 2 barriers open in rush hour

@networkrail @GNRailUK can you train your staff with the various tickets please. You encourage the key ticket but no one’s knows how to read one! 🤦🏽‍♀️ or at least get the barriers to read them better
