@DpRiggy The Acholi aren't the sole owners of Uganda, same way for the Maasai of TZ, but for Somalis, Somalia and Djibouti are literally SOMALI countries, like the Afar may have a small say in Djibouti, but in Somalia? ITS ONLY SOMALIS.
