alright so i have this obsession w food videos and recipe videos and i always save them and tell myself i’m gonna make them later but i never do bc i’m too scared it’ll turn out too high cal or i’ll overeat idk
@katcmcss i eat this all the time: 1/4 ramen packaging, then about 100g chinese mix veggies from the grocery store, some soy sauce and i make it into a soup that’s very filling and low cal <3
