I came up with the Ion Maiden name as the name of one Bombshell's weapons. The band name never entered my mind, I was thinking of the torture device.

But when @IronMaiden turned this into a legal matter, it showed me how utterly stupid the band was. For one, the game had nothing to do with their band/image/music/etc. So right off, it's a sad, petty lawsuit.

But, it also showed me how dumb they are at business. Why not contact us and try to turn this into a mutually beneficial business deal, where we include one of their songs in the game and give them a slice of the game's revs? Instead, they reacted the wrong way and immediately tried to bully us (by us, I mean the Danish version of 3D Realms, and I was a consultant for them during this time).

I suspect the band members themselves never even knew anything about any of this, and it their dumbass attorneys running the show--and we all know attorneys have absolutely zero business sense. Oh well, old news now.
