Don't be afraid of failure. Embrace it as a stepping stone towards success.
Success is a journey, not a destination. Enjoy the journey and learn from every step.
The man on top of the mountain didn't fall there.
What is your reason to climb the mountain?
Are you excited about the rewards you envision at the top.
Or, are you more worried about falling to the bottom.
Either way, find your why and cultivate it.
Discipline is more important than motivation.
If you are motivated you innately will be disciplined, but only when you are motivated.
If you are always disciplined, it does not matter if you are motivated.
Best case scenario?
Perpetually disciplined and motivated.
Use perception to change your outlook on the week ahead.
Busy week?
No, a week full of opportunities to work on time mangement.
Slow week?
No, a week full of extra time to devote to learning a skill, working on yourself, or planning for the future.
Force yourself to see the connection between your current tasks and your goals.
This will help train your mind to see the mundane as steps towards excitement rather than mountains to climb, thus killing the procrastination that plagues you.

Perception is my favorite superpower.
The ability to change how you perceive everyday situations gives you an advantage few have the ability to attain.
I remember first learning about perception, one of the most confusing days of my life.
1/
The ability to consciously alter your perception is the key to unlocking limitless motivation.
Understand that altering your perception of mundane tasks alleviates the procrastination that always slows down your progress.

What makes the weekend so beneficial for motivation?
Time.
Time to research externally motivating things to work towards.
Time to recenter your being and realign your thoughts towards your intrinsic motivations.
Time to enjoy the things you accomplished already.
Find your why.
Mine is my family, every time I sit down to work I envision tears in my eyes as I tell my children and wife that I can't provide for them.
This emboldens me to work, to ensure this never happens.
Find you why.
Which do you think is more powerful, intrinsic or extrinsic motivation?
Is one more important than the other, or is a truly motivated person powered by both types?
Use extrinsic to visually see your goals, use intrinsic to manipulate your perspective such that you canβt stop.
Should you feel motivated everyday?
Or should it be a feeling from somewhere deep inside of you that builds your character fundamentally
Such that you never feel motivated, yet you always get things done.
Can this be fundamental change be instilled or is it solely innate?
