I went back to the store, told staff to which they merely responded "we'll make another one".No apology, nothing! I'm sure you realise how dangerous it is to serve milk to those who dont consume milk so I was disappointed in the nonchalant response.

Hey @StarbucksUK I visited the Farringon, London (just after 12pm) branch of starbucks and ordered a vanilla oat milk matcha latte and repeated my order more than once. I collected my order, left the premises and proceeded to drink my beverage.

Can you please clear something up @leonrestaurants ; is it true your staff DON'T wear gloves when preparing food and sanitise their hands every 15 mins? Is this what were doing post covid?!
