I tried shutting down each device but that didn’t work either. So I tried setting a wake-up alarm for the upcoming time. However, for each device, that didn’t work either. Finally, when the time came, my watch went back to normal.

This morning I experienced an error with my Apple Watch. I disabled the wake-up alarm before the set time but the iPhone still thought I was asleep. After that, the iPhone continued to display the sleep time.
