@BBCR4Sunday@MrMotivator Exercise is explicitly linked to our overall wellbeing, body, mind, soul & role. Movement has always connected us to God. Note the whirling dervishe's & praying at the 'Wailing wall.' Delighted to see Mr Motivator shares a similar viewpoint but many younger than him also do 👍🏻
@BBCR4Sunday@MrMotivator Absolutely! I coined the term, "movement is medicine (for the soul) and since 2005 have used keeping fit and healthy to worship God. By looking after the vessel (our body) we can better connect and meet ourselves at an emotional level too. This also supports our mental health.
@RayDalio I am very sorry to hear of your loss Ray. You & your family are in my prayers. I trust this verse provides you a measure of peace. “May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” 🙏🏻
It’s never too late to start something new. Open your own business, write your first book, begin a new career, go back and get the degree you’ve always wanted. The years will go by regardless, so you might as well be doing what you really want to.
