I’m breaking my silence. The constitution gives way too much power to the federal government! A strong central authority could lead to tyranny. States need to have freedom to govern themselves! #Brutus1#StatesRights
Anyway.. JAMESMADTHEGOAT, or should I say, Aussie Goat (in terms of the gif) signing off.
Take notes @Brutus1and_Only, your lack of comprehension skills and self humiliation on the internet won't help the Country!
Even if this is what was truly wanted, then a Federal Government is needed in order to maintain the state of the Country and actually rule it while these States argue between themselves.
Why would ANYONE want to live in a country where the power lies amongst a bunch of state representatives that spend most of their time arguing over trivial things instead of actually improving the state of the county?
@Brutus1and_Only While you all sit there, arguing indefinitely because everyone believes they are right, preventing anything productive to be done for our Country (like what we are doing), A large Republic prevents that with minimal debate and an immediate conclusion being made. #OBLITERATED
@Brutus1and_Only Actually Brutus, many small Democracies is where the issue lies. I will explain in a separate post, but please know I have to help this country so I do not have the time to go back and forth with you all day.
@Brutus1and_Only A lot of pure stupidity to unpack here.. To start, there will be multiple seperate groups of people to ensure nobody will try to take over and reenact our nightmare with the British. You know, the ones that caused us to be in debt? #GottaLaugh#JAMESTHEGOAT
@Brutus1and_Only Do you read what I type or are your eyes for decoration? An independent judiciary is what can protect the rights of the people, and the States.. A federal government won’t just take away the independence we all have fought for.. Like I said, Use your head.
@Brutus1and_Only You’re repeating yourself, you look silly. As I’ve stated, principles such as Checks and Balances help ensure power is not entirely given to one section of government. THESE are limits clearly given to prevent abuse of power and protect the rights of the people. #UseYourHead
@Brutus1and_Only The country being too large is exactly the reason why this country will thrive off of a Federalist Government! Having power disseminated through each state government does literally nothing besides cause more debate and prevent an actual agreement to be made.. #Fed10
