100 percent agree. If a motorist hits one of them because the bike has no light and are dressed in black the police will blame the vehicle owner 1st making them prove they are insured and haven't been drinking. These riders are putting themselves and everybody else at risk !!!

Who’s regulating Uber eats / Deliveroo etc cycle delivery drivers ?? No lights/helmets or high visibility clothing probably no insurance either if they hit your car 😡😡
