🚨 Over 70% of child rapists get ONLY PROBATION in Colorado
Under Democrats Colorado is:
- Number 1 in car theft
- Number 2 most dangerous state in the country
- Number 4 in rape
- Number 4 in property crime
- Number 8, highest violent crime rate
- Number 10 highest rate of human trafficking
- Over 70% of child rapists get only probation
“A bill initiated by GOP rep Brandy Bradley that would mandate jail time for child rapists was killed by the Democrats 3 years in a row. It was killed under current law. You can rape up to 3 children and still get probation, making Colorado the most pedophile friendly state in the country”
This is 100% true, the bills being referenced are HB25-1073 and SB26-111
But it doesn’t stop there
- Colorado has one of the highest per capita rates of certain sex offenses
- Colorado ranks among the least affordable states in the country, recently as low as 47th
- Tens of thousands of Coloradans become homeless services annually, they now rank 10th in homelessness
- Colorado has one of the worst teacher pay gaps in the country despite Democrats narrative of wanting to pay teachers more
- Colorado has 3rd highest rate in the nation for fentanyl overdoses
Here’s why Colorado gives child sex offenders probation:
Under Colorado’s Sex Offender Lifetime Supervision Act, judges currently have the discretion to sentence people convicted of Class 3 or Class 4 felony sexual assault on a child to supervised probation instead of prison
This even goes for offenders in “position of trust” cases. So basically everyone gets a free pass and gets probation
In order to actually get a real punishment for being a child sex offender you basically have to be a repeat offender or also have violence involved
Just a quick reminder that they arrested this guy for paddleboarding alone in the ocean during Covid while Anthony Fauci had dinner with Jake Tapper and his wife in DC and Gavin Newsome hosted a party with friends in California.
The city of Phoenix Arizona started a ‘Photo Safety Program.” They setup speed cameras that take a photo if you go 11 mph over the speed limit
🚨 A private company then comes to your door to serve you the ticket and get your signature, dressed very similar to Amazon
The city outsourced the ticket program to a company called Verra Mobility
The private company handles basically everything, they
- Installing and operating the cameras
- Processing of the images
- They mail the notice
- They then go out and serve people who don’t respond their ticket
The private company Verra Mobility gets a base fee of about $3,000 per camera per month plus $20 for every ticket that gets paid
This creates a clear incentive to pursue collection aggressively
This is insane… We now have private companies with access to all our information….. sending people out to actually serve and collect money….
Person 1 raped a 16 year old for two days
Person 2 slaughtered an innocent girl on video
Person 3 said the N-word
Guess which one was punished for their actions.
This is peak progressivism 😤
According to the current voter roll, sixty-seven active status Colorado registrants use the address of Westside Cares on Colorado in Colorado Springs, a food distribution center that also provides care and compassion to neighbors in need, as their registration address for voting. Homeless individuals without a fixed abode are encouraged to register in Colorado at an address they frequently return to.
Most of these individuals receive their ballots at this address (only two get their ballots mailed elsewhere) and fifty-one others not registered here have their ballots sent to the Westside Cares address. This means the busy Westside Cares staff are responsible for matching/re-distributing the one hundred and sixteen ballots that land in their mailbox each election cycle.
Colorado statue 1-7.5-113 requires that where seven or more active status registrants share a mailbox at a group residential facility, a representative of the county clerk’s office plus representatives of both the Democrat and Republican parties must deliver and collect completed ballots. (A similar requirement is in place at criminal detention centers.)
But drop-in homeless centers are NOT considered group residential facilities in Colorado and the Secretary of State obviously has no chain of custody qualms about dumping huge numbers of ballots on the already overwhelmed staff of drop in centers and making them do her work for her.
Colorado: NEVER the gold standard of election integrity.
(Only a feeble-minded simpleton would think so.)
