Captain Stark-Rogers was admitted to the medical wing yesterday evening after suddenly feeling unwell. Both he and the twins are now stable and well, and he is to remain in the medical wing for the time being for monitoring purposes. Sir has asked me to provide this update.

Mini Sir gave his favorite dinosaur plush toy to Captain Stark-Rogers to make him feel better.

Hello. I apologize, it has been a while. I am here with an update that Captain Stark-Rogers is well and the Braxton Hicks contractions have subsided. Captain Stark-Rogers is still on bed rest and is settled now with Sir and Mini Sir by his side.

@CptAmerica1918 Try to remain calm, Captain. It is likely that you are experiencing Braxton Hicks contractions. Breathe deeply in through your nose, hold it, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Take your time. Breathe. I will contact Sir. Would you like me to contact anyone else?

! @CptAmerica1918: Captain, I believe Sir may be on the verge of a panic attack. He is currently in the bathroom with mini Sir. After being splashed in the face with water, Sir’s breathing has become elevated. Sir is telling me not to worry you but I think it would be bes[MUTED]

@AnaBanAna0799 @CptAmerica1918 Sir experienced a “controlled” panic attack (as Sir describes it) and was able to work through it with Captain Stark-Rogers, who also made sure Mini Stark-Rogers was out of harm’s way. Captain Stark-Rogers is currently making a hot chocolate for Sir who is now in their bedroom.

Captain Stark-Rogers would like me to add that Baby Sir has “all ten fingers and toes,” with a “cry like the roar of a lion,” and “his daddy’s nose.”

I do not believe I have ever recorded Sir or Captain Stark-Rogers smiling or crying as much as they have in recent hours. :-)

Sir and Captain Stark-Rogers are happy to announce that Baby Stark-Rogers arrived at 10:08 PM on October 31st 2015, with a healthy weight of 7 lb. and 6 oz. (or 3.3 kg). He is currently sleeping in Captain Stark-Rogers’ arms.

A few minor complications prolonged the procedure time, however everything went well, and Sir is currently resting and recovering in his medical suite with Captain Stark-Rogers and Baby Sir by his side.

Sir and Captain Stark-Rogers are with their close family at the Lakehouse and are enjoying the baby shower for Baby Sir.

Sir is basking in all of the attention, while Captain Stark-Rogers is happy for the excuse to spoil Sir (and Baby Sir).
