The recent austerity measures of newly elected President Prabowo Subianto, which cut the budget on social services, sparked student-led protests in #Indonesia. ✊🏽 Protesters across the country collectively voiced their demands, incl. a review of large scale #extractive projects.
These works were then displayed at the 4-day JASS Live Schools ⚡️ during AWID last December 2024 in Bangkok, Thailand.
It is in this spirit of radical imagination 🗯 & collective action 🤝 that we can move forward towards a more #justfuture.
