@rnewton7777 Yeah I understand it’s not an atm. eBay shares turn to cash and gme. But there’s got to be some sort of date that sets the pricing on the shares to determine how many everyone is getting. If the deal isn’t signed till months from now, does it just get priced at time of signing

@rnewton7777 Ok so probably just getting hit with shorts now rather than just after an announcement into a share pricing. My hopeful thought is cohen timed this with a may/June cycle and we can get pricing in the 30s which would basically set a hard floor with the new entity in the 20s

@rnewton7777 To speculate whether this is good or bad for current gme holders you’d need to project the new entities market cap. If the new diluted shares get priced at $24-$25 and you assume a new entity market cap of around 40 billion then the stock price would stay around 24-25

@JRoland_ If they bought after November 2nd it would be on the upcoming Q4 earnings report. If you look at the Q3 earnings report it says that’s when Q3 ended
