@TrulyWheelyMe@JTakesSports@QueerlyAutistic@EnhamTrust You asked him to name one, so he has named one. You quite literally asked for one.
One closer to home. Belgium, use food vouchers. It reduces poverty, stimulates the economy and increases welfare.
Would you like my source?
@QueerlyAutistic@TrulyWheelyMe@JTakesSports@EnhamTrust Just to add, you should care. Because speaking from experience beats just latching on to what everyone else says. If I hadn’t seen how hard it was to get 24/7 care, I’d be saying the same as you.
@JTakesSports@QueerlyAutistic@TrulyWheelyMe@EnhamTrust Yep sort the bloody problem rather than paper over the cracks. I’ve seen first hand how hard it is.
If the 1000 cheats were in work, we wouldn’t be having this conversation would we lol
@QueerlyAutistic@TrulyWheelyMe@JTakesSports@EnhamTrust Just doing my bit rather than spout shit.
It won’t get fixed until the lazy fuckers cheating the system are sorted. Otherwise that original 1000 continue to drain the system.
@QueerlyAutistic@TrulyWheelyMe@JTakesSports@EnhamTrust Apologies. However going back to your original statement, my issue is the 1000 people who cheat the system, deal with them. Then the people who ACTUALLY need Pip can afford to live a healthy happy life. Go on holiday etc. it wouldn’t be hard to do either really.
@QueerlyAutistic@TrulyWheelyMe@JTakesSports Had an uncle who’s sadly passed with severe mental issues who needed 24/7 care, don’t need educating on what a severe disability is thanks. Support a charity @EnhamTrust too but of course I can’t have an opinion.
@PepecoinMaxxer@omgsidewalks I know you’re not saying that yourself, just tax the rich. But that’s the argument I hear so much. You can’t just tax the rich it’s such a strange argument/response to things. Spreading wealth ultimately makes everyone poorer and a slave to the system imo
@PepecoinMaxxer@omgsidewalks As you said yourself though getting into a war with every fucker in Europe was the ultimatum.
In the UK here, a good example, energy companies are taxed 78% on profits. Many other companies are 20%
All that’s done is put our bills up. Needs more thought than just tax the rich
@PepecoinMaxxer@omgsidewalks 2) however many people just say - socialist is the way forward, it isn’t when you look into the future. Great short term, but long term genuinely look at a North Korea. Most extreme example but I’d rather be where we are now
@PepecoinMaxxer@omgsidewalks 1) Nationally controlled banks would then raise or lower their own rates of interest, this is why competition is important, if everything was government owned then we would be in a worse position.
I’m not fully disagreeing with you
@omgsidewalks Does the game end at that point?
Yes it does.
That would then lead to a socialist control wouldn’t it?
Everyone being the same, earning the same, being given the same
