@GranadaReports So sad I’ve had to take one of my relatives out of laburnum because of the closure and where he is now is not good I’m going to have to move him again after Christmas. If Laburnum stays open I’ll take him back there

@TeamYouTube Hey I had a YT account suspended around seven years ago for valid copyright claims I thought the content fell under fair use. Only it didn’t and I lost my account I did appeal but never got a reply I didnt think it was fair I never got a chance to remove the content

@TeamYouTube Hi, I don’t think this is an option as the copyright claims were valid. I didn’t understand copyright properly at the time. Is there any other way as it wasn’t fair I wasn’t even given a chance to to fix my mistake

@TeamYouTube And the copyright strikes are now over seven years old I didn’t do it on purpose I even contacted them asking could I use their content, but they never replied until it was too late.

@TeamYouTube Thanks but like I said the copyright holder won’t issue a retraction because then it looks like they’re issuing them in error. They’ve told me themselves anything else we can do, as I really didn’t think it was fair. I didn’t understand copyright properly, but I do now

@TeamYouTube Also, I thought strikes expired after 90 days, it’s been seven years. I never got a response to my appeal. I was just ignored. I was a bit naive at the time, but now I understand copyright better

@TeamYouTube I did ask for a retraction but the copyright holder wasn’t able to as they said it would look like they were issuing takedowns in error I didn’t think it was fair as I never got a chance to fix the issue if I had known, I would never of posted the content
