Returning to the Hospital, JBA pupil Khushwant made sure that all the hospital staff knew that her school lessons was the highlight of her day. She is visually impaired but Khushwant is very determined to fully participate in her Science lessons.

This project has been funded from the Age Autism Society, with a selection of pupils from Dovedale taking part in art workshops during Well-being Wednesday, learning new skills of colour theory and digital art.

The pupils in D group at Dovedale got creative with a design challenge by making potato heads, using different natural and man-made materials. The objective was to use a range of materials, consider how the potato will stand up and how to join pieces together.

Moreover, they have spent 2 sessions so far which
consists of having a tour of the farm and learning about daily checks the animals have every day.

Pupils have also learnt why wearing wellies on the farmis a fundamental must !

Pupils at Northfield are visiting @RiversideEdInfo Farm in Wythall during their wellbeing session this term.

They are working on Farm safety, animal safety and
learn about Manual handling.
