C. List of Preferences
The applicant/recommendee must ensure that the list of court preferences is accurate since the application/recommendation letter may no longer be amended once submitted.
B. Court Station Preferences
The first and second preferred court stations for consideration of the JBC must be indicated in the application/recommendation letter. A maximum of four (4) priority stations and/or four (4) secondary stations for each Judicial Region and Court
The recommendation letter and conforme letter shall appear in one document and shall be submitted together with the other documentary requirements.

A.2. Recommendation Letter
If the application is made through the recommendation of any person, association or organization, the applicant concerned must manifest his or her acceptance of the recommendation via a conforme letter.
