・たまご
・サーモン
・ブロッコリー
・牛赤身肉
・アボカド

あとは何をどれくらい食べるか？ですが
大体の人は
・白米を450g〜600g(女性は300〜450g)
・肉、魚を450g〜650g
・卵を一日3〜5個
ブロッコリーは気にせず、アボカドは50gまで。

こんな感じの分量、カロリーなら殆どの人が痩せます。
(勿論、運動、筋トレは必須)

あごの力もとにかく抜いて
頬の力で持ち上げるをトレーニングしたらできるようになってきた！
(最初は指でサポートしてた)

鼻は広がらないように矢印の方向に指でサポートして、キープする感覚を何回か試すとつかめてくるかも？♡
