That’s right AND because in all the tote systems, including the oversees pool - the horses are just, for the most part, being bet down to what we know their odds are on the fixed market. US Players dont understand that the sharps know what the odds are supposed to be. They dont.

@derby1592 It’s a great analogy but the stretch to me is this: like all jurisdictions: France, UK, Hong Kong the CAW money will still come in, but will be disguised through retail accounts and with other devices. Someone with an edge will still bet even if it’s minutes out
