🇺🇸 Social Security funds belong to the people who earned them, not Congress.
Should we pass legislation to make sure those funds can never again be used for gov’t borrowing?
I’m happy to share this because I don’t care what side of the aisle you sit on, this is a fact.
Speaker Mike Johnson this is for you.
Concerning Social Security payments, my contributions were made for over 50 years on every salary I received. From my first part time job until I retired. I always had a job.
The Social Security check is now (or soon will be) referred to as a "Federal Benefit Payment?" I'll be part of the one percent to forward this.I am forwarding it because it touches a nerve in me, and I hope it will in you. Please keep passing it on until everyone in our country has read it.
The government is now referring to our Social Security checks as a "Federal Benefit Payment." This isn't a benefit. It is our money paid out of our earned income! Not only did we all contribute to Social Security but our employers did too.
It totaled 15% of our income before taxes.
Congress took our money and used it elsewhere. They forgot (oh yes, they knew) that it was OUR money they were taking.
They didn't have a referendum to ask us if we wanted to lend the money to them. And they didn't pay interest on the debt they assumed. And recently they've told us that the money won't support us for very much longer. And now, to add insult to injury, they're calling it a "benefit", as if we never worked to earn every penny of it.
Just because they borrowed the money doesn't mean that our investments were a charity!
Let's take a stand. We have earned our right to Social Security and Medicare. Demand that our legislators bring some sense into our government.
Find a way to keep Social Security and Medicare going for the sake of that 92% of our population who need it. Then call it what it is: Our Earned Retirement Income.
99% of people won't forward this to their timelines…..will you?
Please, for the sake of our country, repost this.

I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible.
I believe in one Lord Jesus Christ,
the Only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages.
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
through him all things were made.
For us men and for our salvation
he came down from heaven,
and by the Holy Spirit
was incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and became man.
For our sake he was crucified under Pontius Pilate,
he suffered death and was buried,
and rose again on the third day
in accordance with the Scriptures.
He ascended into heaven
and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
He will come again in glory
to judge the living and the dead
and his kingdom will have no end.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and the Son,
who with the Father and the Son
is adored and glorified,
who has spoken through the prophets.
I believe in one, holy,
catholic and apostolic Church.
I confess one baptism
for the forgiveness of sins
and I look forward to the resurrection of the dead
and the life of the world to come. Amen.
The media won't tell you about the strong Trumpian economy. Booming manufacturing and business capex. Plus falling import prices and an estimated 4% GDP growth for 3Q. Maybe someday the media will report it, but for now, I feel compelled to do it for them. https://t.co/uoZdmNMz2B
The total of all welfare programs in this country comes to about 1.5 trillion dollars a year.
That's more than social security. More than our entire military budget. More than our VA benefits. It's more than every other program in the country.
But all I hear from politicians is how we need to cut down social security and work up to death. Or cut VA benefits. Or cut the military budget. Not once, on the left, have they uttered a single word about cutting the largest cost to tax payers.
But, you know, tax Elon a little more and that'll fix it.
The irony here is pretty hard to ignore. Millions of Americans can’t afford to miss a paycheck when they get sick, but members of Congress can be gone for months and still collect their full salary.
Forget politics for a second. Why do the people making the rules get protections and benefits that millions of the people paying their salaries don’t?
🚨I asked Leader John Thune and the Senate GOP to pass the SAVE America Act for 225 CONSECUTIVE DAYS
Remember THAT when someone says, “we didn’t have enough time!”
Imagine if the Senate talking filibustered SAVE America for 225 days straight…
Democrats would’ve either caved or we could’ve gotten reconciliation with SAVE done by now.
PASS IT ASAP, do WHATEVER it takes! 🇺🇸
"Abortion is the Antichrist's demonic parody of the Eucharist. That's why it uses the same holy words, 'This is my body,' with the blasphemously opposite meaning.

BREAKING NEWS: MAJOR VICTORY FOR ARIZONA SCHOOL CHOICE
The Arizona Free Enterprise Club has won at the trial court in our lawsuit challenging the misleading ballot language drafted for Proposition 212: the union-backed initiative targeting Arizona’s ESA program.
The court ruled that the current ballot language fails to fairly inform Arizona voters about critical provisions of the measure and ordered it rewritten.
Among the court’s findings:
1. The language fails to disclose significant changes involving government control and supervision of private schools and homeschools receiving ESA funds.
2. It fails to adequately inform voters that the initiative would give the sponsoring committee new authority to bring or join lawsuits to enforce the measure.
3. The court found that calling Arizona’s ESA program a “school voucher program” is misleading.
The judge blocked Secretary of State Adrian Fontes from using the current ballot language and ordered Fontes and Attorney General Kris Mayes to revise it to comply with Arizona law.
Arizona voters deserve the truth about what this anti-school-choice initiative would actually do. Today, the court agreed.

I was born to drug addicted parents, was in foster care at 2 months, suffered some pretty rough stuff as a child and was pretty miserable as a young adult.
Today I’m married with a child and own a house. Never could’ve imagined I could ever be this happy. Wouldn’t have been possible if I was murdered in the womb.
You can’t possibly know how one’s life is going to go and even a hard life is better than no life. As long as you’re alive there’s hope.
Catholics are demanding that Holy Communion be denied to self-professed Catholic Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey after she signed a law allowing abortion up to birth.
🚨🚨 LIFE OR DEATH RIGHT NOW 🚨🚨
Texas AG Ken Paxton just launched an all-out war to SAVE Baby Gabriel from being killed.
The California parents ordered their surrogate to ABORT him after discovering his heart defect.
She REFUSED.
She fled across the country to Texas, risking everything to protect this innocent child.
Now the parents want to snatch him the second he’s born… and deny him the life-saving surgery that could give him a future.
Paxton isn’t having it.
He’s intervening hard. Demanding Dallas hospitals deliver emergency care. Fighting to block any attempt to drag Baby Gabriel out of Texas to die.
PAXTON:
“Baby Gabriel deserves a chance at life, and I will not allow anyone to unlawfully deny him medically necessary care.”
This is a real-life miracle in the making.
A brave surrogate. A fighter AG. An innocent baby fighting for his first breath.
PROTECT BABY GABRIEL.
PROTECT THE CHILDREN. 🙏🏻❤️
Thank you, @KenPaxtonTX — history will remember this.
