Most people lift weights for vanity.
But smaller muscles matter for movement.
My wife and I have a combined 10 years of physical therapy experience.

There is definitely an underlying message hereโคต๏ธ
Hi Grassroots, I had the pleasure of watching my 8 year old in the school nativity.
Being a coach myself I couldn't help but see it like this.
The Kids/Players excited and nervous about singing, narrating and acting. The obvious missed line, mistimed appearance and wardrobe malfunction inevitable.
The Teachers/Coaches had done many hours of practice behind the scenes, put time and effort into making the costumes, organising the church, helping the kids do their best.
The Audience/Spectators watching their children maybe for the first time act, sing, dance, narrate etc. All smiling and happy that their child was simply taking part.
I looked around and it was clear that the parents were so proud of their 8 year olds, so happy to see them with their friends, missed lines, who cares!! wardrobe malfunctions, so what!!
At that moment it dawned on me how inappropriate it would be to challenge the teacher/coach for the wardrobe malfunction or to shout at any of the kids for miss timed lines as it really didn't matter. These kids were simply that "Kids" the teachers were doing their best. 4 of my team were in the nativity and their parents were in the audience. They were so proud of the children for taking part and having a go. Ironic really as they don't seem to view the football team the same way...
@EnglandFootball Hopefully this means 3v3 being introduced. Something we already use with our players to support their development This resource gave us a lot of help, thanks to @MiMentorCoach and @3v3Uk https://t.co/HT2BWF7zAH
