Josh and his XC team had a great day at Devens, MA on Saturday. He finished 20th out of 180+ runners, and 3rd amongst sophomores. c.17:40 in a hilly 5K. Way to go Josh - you are awesome!

I've found a deeper well. Thank you to everyone who has helped me to get here.
It is the perfect time of the year to watch Planes, Trains, and Automobiles. Today on an all new episode of the Retroist Podcast, I am talking all about this holiday classic that can make you laugh and cry.

Last year at this moment I was in emergency surgery and came very close to death.
Today I ran my fastest 5K at 30:57.
I'm proud, thankful, and humble all at the same time.
Also, I've lost 102 pounds.
Trying to make things better EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Today I accomplished a goal I've been silently pursuing for 4 months.
I have walked 1000 miles since June 1st.
I've also shed 100 pounds.
I feel proud but more importantly I feel healthy.
Nothing is impossible.
Keep well!
Josh and his awesome team finished 2nd out of 40 teams at the Ocean State XC Invitational race today. Personally Joshed came in 38th out of 300+ runners. He's a sophomore for the record! An amazing kid!
Congratulations to all! He's top left in 1st pic, and on the right in the 2nd
Fall is a bear’s busy season. Called hyperphagia, they eat up to 20,000 calories a day! You’d have to eat about 90 candy bars to reach 20,000. Bears will search far and wide for food. Give them space and never leave coolers, garbage, pet food, etc... where a bear could get it.
Kacey Musgraves - The Architecthttps://youtu.be/UyKnYvUgqWg?si=g_Rg0aBdvPktRmSA Sometimes I look in the mirror
And wish I could make a request
Could I pray it away? Am I shapeable clay
Or is this as good as it gets?
I can get better. I know it.
LOVE THIS TUNE.
Paul Simon level.
It's been a hell of a year. Same guy 365 days and 95 pounds apart. I feel good and I'm hopeful. Planning to 'run' my second-ever 5K in a few weeks. I'm thankful for all of my friends who have supported me. I could not have done this alone 📷
