We are so proud of our students. It is not easy to groom, mount, & work with horses when you are exhausted. Frustration set in, but they used their coping skills to remain cool, calm, & collected. #GNETS#EquineTherapy@JBHC_HCS@ImRMallory@ljswiggins@HenryCountyBOE
"Ms. Kirby Wimberly brings joy, humor, and expertise to any team! During her time with Learning and Performance, particularly in the Department of Professional Development, she ensured we remained on track and positioned for success. Her smile and listening ear made everyone's workload easier. Itβs a pleasure to see her selected as the ESPY for our division. She deserves this honor!"
Our educational support personnel make our schools and district better and stronger in ways that often go unseen. Stay tuned as we highlight the invaluable contributions of our ESPYs over the next several weeks, in the lead-up to the #2025ESPYs on March 12.

Henry County Schools will operate on a normal schedule on Monday, February 2. All schools and district offices will be open. With cold temperatures expected tomorrow, students should be dressed appropriately in layers to remain warm and comfortable throughout the school day. Families are also encouraged to use the Here Comes the Bus app (https://t.co/tXFH9577rI), which allows families to track buses in real-time and receive arrival alerts.
